مفكرة تتبع العادات كيس ستادي - متتبع عادات يومي وشهري بشبكة

I've been using this notepad for a couple weeks now, and the dual daily/monthly grid layout makes it so easy to track multiple habits without cluttering my desk. The 4x6 size sits neatly next to my laptop, and the paper handles pen nicely without bleeding through.

The 4x6 size is perfect for slipping into my bag, and the gridded layout handles everything from doodles to quick expense tallies without needing a separate calculator. I've already filled five pages this week just with habit tracking and math scratchwork.

The daily and monthly grids on this notepad make it super easy to track multiple habits at a glance, and I love that the gridded paper also works for quick brainstorming. The 4x6 size sits perfectly on my desk without taking over.
