Finally got around to developing a roll of this motion picture stock and the daylight balance gives such true-to-life colors, even in harsh midday sun. The fine grain at ISO 50 is incredible for landscapes and still life shots.

The 5500K daylight balance really makes colors pop without needing much correction in post. I’ve gotten some of my sharpest shots yet with this ISO 50 stock, even in bright afternoon sun. The 36 exposures give plenty of room to experiment without switching rolls too quickly.

Shooting this at EI 50 in strong midday sun was a treat — being a daylight-balanced 5500K motion picture stock, the colors look natural and the grain is incredibly tight. I got 36 solid exposures from one roll and every frame scanned beautifully.
